Kayla Meyerowitz
Associate
Kayla is an Associate at ATI, where she supports all aspects of the firm's investment activities, including transaction underwriting, due diligence, and execution. Her responsibilities span financial modeling, valuation analysis, market research, and coordination of technical, legal, and financial diligence across complex infrastructure transactions. She co-leads the firm's Waste-to-Value strategy and is on the ATI deal team which is advancing the $10 billion Los Angeles Metro Sepulveda Transit Project.
Her experience includes evaluating and executing investments across waste-to-energy, anaerobic digestion, and renewable natural gas assets, with exposure to development-stage, construction, and operating projects, as well as platform investments and structured equity and credit solutions. She works closely with senior leadership to originate new opportunities, structure transactions, and manage diligence and execution processes.
Kayla received her Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Southern California.
