Our Commitment
ATI’s strategy seeks to bridge the gap between the public and private sectors by combining decades of infrastructure investment experience with a focus on stakeholder engagement. Our firm seeks to identify and mitigate potential political, regulatory, and community acceptance risks through intentional, early-stage stakeholder engagement throughout the lifecycle of our investments with the goal of maximizing returns.

The project identified is not managed by ATI in connection with the investment advisory services provided to its private fund clients and represents a project in which ATI served as developer.
At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Port San Antonio launched a state-of-the-art online learning platform, the Boeing Center @ Tech Port, which brings dynamic, online learning experiences to children and teenagers in the surrounding school districts.
User engagement exceeded 30,000 visitors within the first three months with live online classes held every weekday. In efforts to help close the racial and gender gaps prevalent in the science, technology, engineering, and math (“STEM”) fields, the Port Authority’s online learning platform creates a rich environment that allows new students to learn the basics of STEM in a low risk, comfortable, and user-friendly environment.
To complement its online platform, the Port Authority restructured its Wi-Fi system to more broadly serve the community; the reach and bandwidth of its Wi-Fi system reaches the Boeing Center’s parking lot so that students can access it safely from their cars or by foot, with social distancing guidelines in mind.
